Singing Reminders for March

Please Note a Change
Throughout the last few months wonderful ideas have been presented concerning music and worship. While we as teachers enjoy the opportunity to worship with our classes, there is much to be learned and shared by children worshiping with their parents. Therefore, beginning this month we are going to try a new format for singing.
Children are still asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their worship performances. We will continue to meet in our classes and run-through the songs we will be singing for that particular service. However, after this rehearsal children may go to sit with their parents. When the time to sing arrives, they can simply come to the front of the church as they do with the children’s sermon. After singing, they can return once again to their families.
For the safety of the children, if parents are unable to attend worship, we ask that they please contact their child’s teacher so that he/she knows in advance and makes arrangements to sit with their child during worship.
We are very excited to try this new approach and look forward to the months of singing ahead. If parents have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
