Hash Brown Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs frozen Hash Browns
- 4 cups Water
- 1 Onion – chopped
- ¾ cup sliced Celery
- 4 chicken Bouillon Cubes
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 41 ½ oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 quart of Milk
- 2 cups cubed Ham
- 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
- Crisp Bacon - crumbled
DIRECTIONS
Combine first seven ingredients; simmer till tender. Add soup and milk, blend with first ingredients. Add ham, parsley, and garlic salt. Simmer till ready to serve. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
