Blueberry French Toast Bake

INGREDIENTS
- 12 slices of Bread
- 1 ½ pkg Cream Cheese – 12 oz total
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 12 Eggs
- 2 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 cup Milk
DIRECTIONS
Spray 9x13 glass pan. Cut 6 slices of bread into 1 inch cubes and place in
pan. Next cut cream cheese into 1 inch cubes and lay over bread cubes.
Sprinkle blueberries over cream cheese, and top with remaining 6 slices of
bread. Beat eggs, milk and honey. Pour over top of bread. Cover and chill 8
hours or overnight. Set out 30 minutes prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes. To serve,
top with homemade blueberry syrup.
